Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Returned products must remain factory sealed, unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact.

Products that have been opened, activated, installed, registered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed, packed, shipped, collected, or handed over to the courier.

Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Photos, videos, and order details may be requested to help us assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are encouraged to review product specifications, dimensions, features, and compatibility requirements carefully before making a purchase.

Products that match the advertised specifications and descriptions may not be eligible for return based on compatibility concerns or personal preference.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will update you on the outcome of your request.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method whenever possible.
